Recent changes to the Fusion web pages have led to some confusion.
Adding Serial numbers
In order to input data such as serial numbers for purchases, please ensure you have a data entry level login, then click on Input Purchase Figures in the side menu.
Use the drop down boxes to select unit purchased.
Note
Only one kind of unit can be added, but multiples of the same kind of unit can be entered. ie you can add 3 x DVR->DS2 Range->DM/DS2PD1T0/16, but only DM/DS2PD1T0/16's
The Month drop down will designate the month you purchased the unit and will be used to store the information.
Please allow time for the software to update the database, otherwise your purchase will not be registered. Watch the progress bar at the foot of the page to gauge the time remaining.
Use the link labelled 'Your DM Purchases' to check the data has been accepted.
Please report any problems to your Account Manager.
Closing a month
Closing or 'locking' a month is done via the 'Your DM purchases' page. Click on the link on the left menu and the months with data entered appears. Click on a month to view and check the entries, then scroll to the bottom of the page to find the 'Close Month' link. Click on this link to lock the month off.
Note
Once a month is locked, it cannot be edited again. Ensure you have entered all your data for that month before closing it.
